Hi sorry for ur misfortune..actually someone I know had the same thing happened..but it a misake done by a sri lankan agent cancelling the reservation and did not rebook but they got like a free ticket to UK something like that...BUT you see U HAVE TOO no matter what CALL and check ur tickets wtih sri lankan airlines....or the agent..dont ASSUME anything....they always do that..sri lanka is famous for that..I woudl rather pay more for singapore airlines...well u live and learn...but dont expect to get ur money...its just the way it goes...they dont even tell us..that u can take 32 kgs right..but did u know that from colombo back to US..u can only carry 22 kgs..what BS..thats sri lankan airlines for you..they just make changes whenever they feel like it...
can some1 put out all the Sri Lankan travel agents in North America?
